You love God… but lately, you feel numb.
You show up for everyone… but no one sees you.
You preach hope… but you’re running on fumes.
You feel guilty resting.
You’ve been hurt by church culture — and you don’t know where to put that pain.
It's time to rest. It's time to care for your soul.

Meosha Culpepper’s work is rooted in lived experience, not just theory. Her journey began in a moment that could have broken her.
In June 1998, during one of the most traumatic experiences of her life, Meosha encountered God in a way that forever changed her perspective. What should have taken her out instead became the foundation of her faith and the beginning of her healing journey.
Having walked through seasons of neglect, abuse, homelessness, and emotional hardship, Meosha understands what it means to carry pain while still showing up for others. That lived experience shaped her calling, to create spaces where people no longer have to suffer in silence, but can heal, process, and be restored.
Today, Meosha Culpepper is an international best-selling author, ordained pastor, and soul care advocate dedicated to helping individuals heal from burnout, trauma, and spiritual wounds.
With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a background in Social Psychology, she integrates faith with evidence-based practices to support holistic healing. Her work includes research and application in the area of vicarious trauma, with a focus on helping caregivers, leaders, and high-capacity individuals recover from the unseen weight of constantly pouring into others.
As the founder of Times of Expression & Refreshing (TER) Ministries, Meosha creates transformative spaces through mentorship, retreats, and intentional experiences designed to bring restoration, clarity, and alignment.
Her mission is clear:
To help individuals move from survival to wholeness spiritually, emotionally, and practically, so they can live with clarity, strength, and purpose.

"My life changed forever"
It's just been a lot going on in my life, and it was like I was stuck and just done. I even told God I didn't even want to serve Him anymore. I would get up and I would try to pray, try to read, but couldn't do anything. After all the techniques given I was like, WOW! I have started again, just after her saying to take a deep breath. I began to breathe. I felt God come in like a rushing mighty wind and begin to refresh my soul.
